Functional Overview Ankle Joints

All play-free, self-lubricating and dirt-resistant ankle joints are shipped fully assembled. The foot-retaining ankle joints Naveta, Jumper, Shuttle and Basic hold the foot in maximum dorsiflexion during the swing phase by means of frictional resistance, significantly reducing the risk of stumbling. For patients for whom a foot-retaining ankle joint is not sufficient, for example because spasticity causes the foot to press down uncontrollably, the Ela-Dor joints (blue as the light force, green as the low force) with tension units are the right choice.

Modularly expandable ankle joints with accessories as combination products. Modular accessories such as Turbo, Uno-Front, Uno-Back, Dor and Flex can be added or exchanged at any time and expand the function of the ankle joint. Force options are differentiated in 4 levels: blue as the light force, green as the low force, grey as the medium force and yellow as the strong force.
